Why might Email Data Loading not work?
To keep your data secure and to ensure accurate processing, the Email Data Loading will not work if:
🚫 The sender is not a registered Miova user
Only verified Miova accounts are authorised to upload contracts.
🚫 Your company has exceeded its document quota
If your organisation has reached its storage limit inside Miova Contract Manager, the upload will not be processed.
If either condition is triggered, the sender will receive an email notification explaining what to do next.
